SUMMARY
Mokte Ulelaens, or simply Mokte, are considered the
more common, rough-neck descendants of the
Ulelaen bloodline. This perception has created
animosity between the Mokte and their brethren, the
Adagian Ulelae. This perception is personified in one
of the simplest ways – the Adagian Ulelae have
smooth, oval heads while the Mokte have textured
ones with details like spikes and very small horns on
the sides of and towards the back of their skulls.
Otherwise, they both share similar traits, including
smooth skin over the rest of their bodies that comes
in a variety of colors and has a slight shimmer.
If you activate this cantrip multiple times, you can have up to three of its 1-minute effects active at a time, and you
can dismiss such an effect as an action.
LEVELED EFFECTS
Necrotic Shroud: At 5th level, your intimidating persona manifests into something more tangible. When triggered,
your eyes briefly become pools of darkness and the air arounds you seems to compress and darken. Creatures other
than your allies within 10 feet of you that can see you must succeed on a Charisma saving throw (DC 8 + your
proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier) or become frightened of you until the end of your next turn. Until the
transformation ends, once on each of your turns, you can deal extra necrotic damage to one target when you deal
damage to it with an attack. Your transformation lasts for 1 minute or until you end it as a bonus action. The extra
damage equals your proficiency bonus. Once you use this trait, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
