Requirements for the Open Door Department License

- Photocopy of IPR of the owner of the property, if Legal Representative, present an

appointment certificate that certifies it as such, present the registration in the Commercial

Registry

- Photocopy of the DPI of the owner of the property, if he is a legal representative, present

a certificate of appointment that certifies him as such, present the registration in the

Commercial Registry

- Photocopy of the ornamental ticket of the owner of the real estate or the legal

representative issued by the Municipality of Antigua Guatemala

- Certification of the general property registry or electronic consultation with the first to the

last registration of the property (minimum of one month of validity) issued by the general

property registry

- Solvency by the IUSI department (last quarter canceled)

- Lease Contract If Any OR Letter of Authorization with legalized signature of the owner of

the property in the event that he is not the owner of the business

- Photograph of the main façade of the premises and of both fronts if it is on the corner

- Minimum cadastre solvency of 1 month

- Location map

- Location map

- Furnished plan

- NOTE: if the area to locate the business is more than 40 m2, these plans must be prepared

by a professional, either an Architect or Engineer, if it measures less than 40 m2, sketches

will be presented.

- REQUIREMENTS TO SUBMIT DOCUMENTATION

- Present the legal documentation and technical documentation in a legal size folder with a

hook

- All plans must be signed by the owner, lessor, or legal representative.
