Children's literature.
Children's literature is understood as
literature directed towards the child
reader, that is, the set of literary texts
that society has considered suitable for
the little ones because they can
understand and enjoy them, as well as
all the texts adopted by older readers.
young people as their own, but that
were originally written with adult
readers in mind (for example
Gulliver's Travels, Treasure Island,
The Jungle Book, or Platero and I).
Children's literature can be defined,
then, as that which children also read.
Little Red Riding Hood: is an orally
transmitted fairy tale , spread
throughout much of Europe, which has
later been reflected in different
writings.

Little Red Riding Hood contains the

typical symbolism of children's
literature of the eternal dispute
between good and evil, embodied by the
girl and the wolf. Obviously, Little Red
Riding Hood represents all the
innocence and naivety of childhood. On
the other hand, the wolf is completely
despicable, vile and greedy.
The Hare and the Tortoise: is a fable
attributed to Aesop , later rewritten by other
fabulists such as Jean de La Fontaine and Félix
María Samaniego.

In it, a hare and a tortoise compete in a race to

see which of the two is faster. Evidently the hare
starts in the lead and in a short time has a great
advantage over its slow competitor. Seeing
himself with victory in his pocket, the hare
decides to sit down to rest in the shade of a tree
and falls asleep. When he wakes up, the turtle is
about to cross the finish line and although the
hare made a great effort to resume the race, the
turtle ends up winning the race.

The moral of the story, which is a critique of

arrogance, is "slowly goes far." This story is at
the origin of proverbs present in almost all
languages and has been abbreviated into
proverbs in almost all languages.
It belongs to the narrative genre, since it tells a story that happened to
some characters (ugly duckling, mother duck and
swans) in a certain place (the farm and pond) and time
(throughout the year).
The Ugly Duckling (original title in Danish: "Den
grimme ælling") is a classic-contemporary story
written by Hans Christian Andersen, Danish writer
and poet, about a duckling who is particularly bigger,
clumsier and uglier than his little brothers, who
bothered him. because of how ugly it was. However, as
he grows up, he becomes a beautiful swan who,
through a reflection of the water, realizes that he has
become that wonderful animal. The story was first
published on November 11, 1843.
The Three Little Pigs: is a fable with personified animal characters. The
first editions date back to the 19th century, but
the story is thought to be much older.

The story of The Three Little Pigs can be a good

story to show children, whether because we are
parents or because we are educators, the
different values that exist in life, explaining each
of them and trying to make everyone realize
what they are. what they are seeing and what
would happen if the older brother, for example,
had not opened the door for them, or if he had
not built the brick house but had been like his
brothers.
Luis Eduardo Vivero Genre: Children's literature, story.

Margarita the giraffe Sometimes the dreams that we believe

are most unrealizable become reality,
fulfills her dream through situations that we would
never have thought of. This is the story
of Margarita the giraffe, a happy
young girl, full of energy and passion
for life, who will take us from the
jungle to the beach, to fulfill her
greatest dream: bathing in the sea .
The garden of hugs: story to prevent
bullying, good treatment in relationships
and emotional intelligence.

Tesa observes that her friend Víctor is

sad and alone during recess. He has
witnessed how some classmates laughed
while looking at him from afar and made
some derogatory comments about him.
What can Tesa do in this situation? Should
he give importance to what is happening or
would it simply be better to let it go? Will
Tesa be able to help Victor?
Alice in Wonderland is a fantasy novel written by the
British mathematician, logician, photographer and writer
Charles Lutwidge Dodgson, under the pseudonym Lewis
Carroll, published in 1865.

The story tells how a girl named Alice falls through a hole,
finding herself in a peculiar and strange world, populated
by humans and anthropomorphic creatures. The book
plays with logic, giving the novel great popularity among
both children and adults. It is considered one of the best
novels of the Nonsense genre. Its narrative and structure,
along with its characters, have been a great influence on
both popular culture and literature, especially in the
fantasy genre .

In this work some of Lewis Carroll's most famous

characters appear, such as the White Rabbit, the March
Hare, the Hatter, the Blue Caterpillar, the Cheshire Cat or
the Queen of Hearts;1 who have become important enough
to be recognized outside of Alice's world.
“Puss in Boots”: is a fairy tale that was written
by Charles Perrault at the end of the 17th century in
his book of stories called “Tales of Mother
Goose.” The story appears recorded in some
manuscripts prior to this book, so Perrault's
3 with book is a collection of eight fairy tales that were

balls
modified by this author for publication.

It was thanks to the success of this book that

made the story of Puss in Boots so popular. This
success is attributed to the literary skill used in
the narration of these stories, such as the
resource when using the appearance of passages
that are insignificant to the plot, something that
is especially striking in this story of Puss in
Boots.
The Adventures of Pinocchio: (novel) is a
literary work written by the Italian author
Carlo Collodi. It was published in Italy in the
newspaper Giornale per i bambini, from 1882
to 1883, with the title Storia di un Burattino,
accompanied by illustrations by Enrico
Mazzanti.

Pinocchio wants to recognize the paths of

reality and abandon what he has as a doll.
Love and freedom are the two main
foundations of the educational message
offered by Carlo Collodi........................ work,
school, money and a dead wooden doll.

This work teaches us values such as respect,

effort, responsibility and friendship.
