marketing of cleaning and related products, for which we have a
rented premises in the Carabayllo area.

I. GENERAL FEATURES

1. PROBLEM STATEMENT

Meeting hygienic needs is essential for the improvement of the

quality of life of human beings, which is why a contaminated and
deteriorated environment significantly affects the performance of the
activities carried out in a human context. Since a few years of
pollution problems are becoming more and more evident and
emphasis is placed on this aspect, leaving as a consequence multiple
deficiencies and barrier to the full development of man.
The pollution situation is currently very striking and insistent for
different reasons, this is seen all over the world, water,
atmosphere, soils, air, are affected daily, and in the end who
is going to having the same disadvantage is the same
population; because if everything continues as it is going, the future
of man will be uncertain and he can dare to say that it is
Sinister.
Our proposal is in a more specific way, the development of products
cleaning and related products, of good quality and at a lower
price, and their subsequent commercialization.

2. JUSTIFICATION

What this project aims to achieve is to satisfy the demand for low-
price cleaning products, which citizens currently require.
Our micro company, thinking about the needs of our buyers, plans to
produce high-quality, low-cost cleaning products.

3. OBJECTIVES

3.1 GENERAL OBJECTIVE

5
Create generic products of good quality and at low costs, which allow
us to benefit citizens, which will be prepared by the members of the
Universal Association of Assistance for the Disabled "ASUNADIS",
and their subsequent commercialization.

cleaning and related products” is to provide sustainable work
opportunities to 10 disabled associates, achieving this through the
“capitalizing” formalization program.

3.3 SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

 Have modern machinery and trained personnel for the production
of cleaning and related products.

 Demonstrate the economic and financial profitability of the
business to be implemented.

VISION
By 2029 we will be a company recognized for the production of high-
quality cleaning products, recognized in the economic market for
offering our products at low cost, satisfying the demands of our
regular buyers and serving new customers, who are satisfied with the
quality. of our services.

regulations, which is why the RUC will be processed to obtain proof
of payment, the Municipal license, for the operation of the
manufacturing premises, and must also carry out monthly PDT
statements.
Likewise, workers will be required to register them on the payroll and
in ESSALUD. You must worry about obtaining all the benefits that
the State is providing as a Micro Business through its laws issued by
the Legislature, National Government or Local Governments and

TRAINING
The beneficiaries of the program require training both in the
preparation of cleaning and related products, as well as in quality
services and customer service in sales, in the same way they must
have technical preparation in terms of handling the products they
produce and market, For this they must be trained, a good reference
for these trainings are independent professionals and SENATI and
similar.

4.2 LOCAL

IV. PROJECT ENGINEERING

Below we will describe the sequence of operations carried out in the
process of preparing cleaning products.
We will begin the description with the formulas to make cleaning
products, then we will explain some safety regulations that must be taken
into account, the layout of the premises, the way of storage and
distribution of our products, we will also detail the data of our main
suppliers.

17
IV.1 Preparation of Liquid Air Freshener

Ingredients
Water 750 CC
Color - aniline (vegetable) 1 Grams
Fragrance 10 cc
Edta 2 cc
Propylene glycol 50 cc
Arkopal 3 cc
Ethyl alcohol 200 cc
Coumarin or fixative ax 2.5 grams

PROCEDURE:
In a 10 liter plastic container we place the 750 cc of water, to which
we add the 200 cc of Ethyl Alcohol, we stir well with the wooden
spoon, we also add the 50 cc of Propylene Glycol. (We can measure
these elements with the 1 liter or half liter test tube), and we continue
stirring very well. Then we add one gram of aniline and the 2 cc of
Edta (We can measure this element with the 10 cc test tube), and we
continue stirring very well. In another 500 cc plastic container, we
place the 10 cc of fragrance, we add the 3 cc of Arkopal and 2.5
grams of Coumarin. Liquids can be measured with the 10 cc
measuring cylinder. The Coumarin must be previously ground in the
mortar to refine the size of the crystal. The contents of the second
container are poured into the first, and we stir everything well with
the wooden spoon and pack with the help of the funnel.
Recommendations: To prepare the liquid air freshener, two
containers are required. In a first container, make the first mixture of
water, Ethyl alcohol, Propylene glycol, aniline and Edta; In another
container, the fragrance, the Coumarin or AX fixative and the arkopal
are mixed together and later the two mixtures are combined.

*Ethyl alcohol is a fairly strong bactericide and disinfectant. Arkopal,

its essential function is to dissolve the fragrance (they are oily)

Cautions: Keep in mind that you are working with highly flammable
liquids.

IV.2 Making lye

Ingredients
I) Sodium Hypochlorite 7.5% 2kg
II) Optical Whitener (optical white) 4gr
III) Water Rest for 1 Gallon

Procedure
Dissolve II into III.
Mix A and I
Packaging and labeling.

IV.3 Preparation of polymeric wax

Ingredients:
Carnauba Wax 4 Ounces
2-Water 1 Gallon
3- Glycerin 7 Ounces
4-Formol 2CC

Procedure:

Mix 1 and 2 and melt on the fire at 75 degrees, then cool it to 38 degrees
and put 3 and 4.

IV.4 Preparation of liquid soap

Ingredients:
Water 750 CC
Color - aniline (vegetable) 1 Gram
Sodium methyl paraben 2 Grams
Fragrance 10 CC
Amphoteric or test tube 50 CC
Genapol LRO 150 CC
Pearlescent 40 CC
Glycerin 20 CC
Edta 2 CC
Comperlan - cocoamide 40 CC

Procedure:
In a 10 liter plastic container we place the 750 cc of water, to which
we add the 2 grams of Sodium Methyl Paraben which we measured
with the scale, proceed to stir well with the wooden spoon. Then we
add the Amphoteric or Probetaina (50 cc), the Genapol (150 cc), the
Nacarado (40 cc), and the Glycerin (20 cc) previously measured in
the 100 cc test tubes, and we stir each of the mixtures very well.
components. In a second graduated plastic container (Beakers) for
liquids of 250 cc, we mix 2 cc of Edta with 1 gram of aniline. And
this mixture is added to the large plastic container, stirring very well.
Then we gradually add the Coperlan (40 cc) previously measured in
the 100 cc test tubes. stirring continuously until thickened. Then we

19
add the 10 cc of fragrance. Which is added to the large plastic
container, stirring very well. We stir everything well with the wooden
spoon and pack with the help of the funnel.
Recommendations: In the liquid bath soap mixture, the aniline and
Edta are mixed separately and then added to the main mixture. When
you are going to mix the Comperlan, you should add it little by little,
until you find the ideal thickness of the shampoo. Initially, you work
with 40 cc, but sometimes it is not necessary. If the shampoo is too
thick, add 10 cc. of Propylene Glycol to lose weight. The
Amphoterus or Profetaina is responsible for producing the foam

Cautions: There is no

IV.5 Preparation of Dishwasher in paste

with the 5 cc of fragrance. And it is added to large plastic
container stirring very well. We stir Well everything with the
wooden spoon and pack with the help of the funnel.

22
Recommendations: When preparing liquid dish soap

one in one. Then a separate mixture is made between the aniline
and the EDTA in a little bit of water and added to the mixture
original and finally in another container, mix the
