Spaghetti Sciué Sciué Recipe - English
"Hello everyone, today , today I’m going to teach you how to cook a
traditional Neapolitan dish, it’s called spaghetti sciué sciué, in English
1. THE INGREDIENTS :
- Salt
- Water
- Tomatoes
- Basil
- Olive oil
- Chile
- Garlic clove
- Pasta
2. PREPARATION:
1. So, the first thing we`re going to do is add salt to our water
2. While we wait for it to boil, we can cut the tomatoes in halves
3. And then chop some fresh basil leaves,
4. Now we need a flying pan and add some extra virgin olive oil
5. Some chili and crushed garlic clove
6. And I leave it in there until it’s golden
7. The water is boiling, now we can put the pasta in and right after we’ve
done that
8. we can add the tomatoes in the flying pan
9. After a couple of minutes when they’re soft and juicy, don’t forget to
add pinch of salt and sprinkle of basil and you should sauté them.
10.When the pasta is al dente that means it’s still a little firm. Pour some
pasta water in the flying pan.
11.Drain the pasta and add it to the flying pan, so it can soak up all that
sauce
12.Once the sauce is dense , you’re ready to serve it
