Ministries in which the Department of the Ministry of Women works:

 Ministry of Personal Devotion.
 Ministry of Intercessory Prayer.
 Ministry of Reception
 Ministry of Full Life.
 Ministry of Evangelism.

1. MINISTRY OF PERSONAL DEVOTION

Goals:
 Ensure that 100% of the ladies in your church do RPSP
 Get your Spiritual Enrichment material.
 Ladies who have your Sabbath School Pamphlet.
1. Strengthen spiritual growth and renewal among women.
2. Affirm that women are of estimable value by virtue of their creation and redemption,
enabling them to serve in the church.
3. Minister to the needs of women.
4. Guide and encourage Adventist women to become involved in local church activities as
they reach their potential in Christ.
5. Find ways and means to challenge each Adventist woman to use her gifts to advance the
mission of the church.
6. Motivate all ladies to subscribe to the Sabbath School lesson.

2. MINISTRY OF INTERCESSORY PRAYER (MOI)

Have a list with all the church members and do a ministry with each of them.
Use the book supporting sentences
Aim:
100% of congregations have an MOI group. May they form friends of prayer
100% of churches promoting the practice of Intercessory Prayer on Saturday morning
100% of the congregations participating in the ten days of Prayer and Fasting and DMO.
100% of churches participating in “power Wednesdays” emphasizing testimonies.
Who to pray for?
o For church families. By the leaders of our church.
o For evangelistic work. For Small Groups.
o For the friends who visit us, at church and at the GP.
o Specific requests for each person.
Centers of Power
o Establish the centers of Power in each church and in each GP.
o Find a small place and arrange it to pray.
Permanent Intercessory Prayer Groups
o Involve the entire church. In every church program and every GP, ask for a time for
intercessory prayer.
In Small Groups
o In every Small Group meeting, it is important to have moments dedicated to Intercessory
Prayer. Have the MM Coordinator in the GP,
o Motivate group members to express their requests and thanks to the Lord. Short

How does this Ministry work?
 Choose a leader. Intercessory Prayer Coordinator.
 Invite people to participate. Include everyone.
 I organized an agenda with the dates on which the group will meet, to coordinate
 Includes topics to pray about.
 Keep a notebook with notes of orders and thanks.
 Have time to sing, give thanks, read the Bible, Spirit of Prophecy and others.
 Take a prayer walk.
 Friends of Prayer.
3. MINISTRY OF RECEPTION
It is a Ministry of service that consists of welcoming, receiving, caring for people in their
needs.
100% of congregations achieving the seal of excellence.
People who come to our church
1. Regular members. 4. Adventists from other places.
2. Newly baptized members. 5. Friends, neighbors and relatives.
3. Occasional people. 6. People who come alone.
What our guests expect:
- They want to meet spiritual needs.
- They expect high levels of sociability.
- They seek a sense of belonging.
- Need for expression, affection. Verbal and physical.

4. MINISTRY OF FULL LIFE

GOAL :
 100% of the congregations promoting and participating in the “Breaking the Silence ”
project
 The desire of this ministry is to help women achieve general well-being, addressing the
physical, social, emotional and mental aspects.
 May they acquire dignity, self-respect and increase their efficiency and leadership in
their home, church, workplace and community.
 Conduct health food workshops and seminars,
 Conduct spiritual retreats.
 Live a healthy life, go out to the countryside.

5. MINISTRY OF EVANGELISM

 Involve all ladies in witnessing

 Ladies integrated into the GP
 Ladies in missionary couples
 Ladies giving Bible studies
