CURRICULUM
Football is a sport of great emotion, suitable for everyone but also capable
of demanding great physical effort, depending on the level you intend to reach.
In today's soccer, the game has evolved more towards the collective and,
logically, there are more passes and supports than in classic soccer. With the
use of modern training systems, today's footballer is developing more towards
obtaining the physical shape of a complete athlete.
In this sense, the knowledge necessary for training in modern football has
been growing in depth, extension and diversity, as has the process of training
and preparing football talents towards high competition. The basic aspects of
training have progressed towards the use of new scientific applications for the
optimization of sports performance; disciplines such as “Medicine” ,
“Physiology”, “Biomechanics” or “Psychology” ; They currently constitute
invaluable auxiliaries for adequate training, just as they have also done
methodologically, “Planning” , “Evaluation” , “Statistics” and “Training Control” .
The changes that our society experiences every day and the technological
advances mean that Coaches must necessarily prepare themselves better
every day to face the characteristics of Youth Soccer and High Performance
Soccer.
The development of football and all its modalities these days require more
than ever adequate training of Coaches, based on knowledge of multiple
aspects not only for the daily relationship with young people and professionals,
but also to be in charge of a work team. multi-disciplinary.
For this purpose, the Venezuelan Football Federation through the Technical
Development Directorate, together with the EFEDA and the CEFV, complying
with the provisions of the FIFA and CONMEBOL Conventions for the granting
of Coach Licenses; has established this Study Plan for the respective
Amateur, Youth and Professional Coaches License Courses, which will have
the purpose of training the Coaches, as well as updating their training and
knowledge.
