III. DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES.

6.1 DOCUMENT PREPARATION DAY FOR EXTERNAL AUDIT.
This month a day was held to prepare the organic producer's documents, where 20
producers participated, who have been showing interest in strengthening their
capacities.
The day was developed with everyone present, where first they were given verbal
training and then work groups of 5 producers were formed, in which a leader was
designated in each group to facilitate the work together with me. The work consisted of
the following:
 First you have to review the documentation from the previous 5 years (such as
the annual plans, basic information sheet, commitment contract, organic
production standards, sketches of the plots and the collection receipts for each
year).
 Afterwards, the producer's notebook is verified in order to check if all its
records are updated, such as:
 Harvest record
 Sales record
 Organic fertilizer production record
 Training record
 Sowing and fertilization record
 Others.
 Also with the groups, the family benefit center, the inorganic waste
deposits, the warehouse, its drying platform, its bathroom on the farm are
verified.
 After everything is up to date, the producers are explained the importance
of certifying their product and the benefits it will have when selling their
organic product, and that at the end they will be given a quality award.

My person has participated in supervising the work, at the end of the day some
recommendations were given to the specific producers.

6.2 PERSONALIZED VISITS TO PUMURCO COFFEE PRODUCERS.
This January, in coordination with the president of the takeover bid, Mr. Amaro Roman
Guerrero, visits to the coffee plots of the Pumurco producers were planned with the
purpose of verifying this year's production, the pests that affect the crop, the weeding and
coffee planting. After touring the plots and giving some recommendations to the
producers, it can be said that 80% of the coffee production is in optimal conditions and
20% of the producers need to carry out the technical management of the coffee.
In addition, it was verified that 40% of the producers have been fertilizing their coffee
plots with organic fertilizer plus organic fertilizer, where 1000g are applied to the
production plant and 400g/pta to the growing plant. Producers have also been planting
coffee this month to take advantage of the rains since most of the land is cultivated
rainfed or rainfed.

6.3 STRENGTHENING MEETING FOR PUMURCO PRODUCERS.
This January, in coordination with the president of the OPA, Mr. Amaro Roman Guerrero,
a meeting was planned with all the beneficiary producers of the Pumurco Coffee Project
with the purpose of making agreements for the good of the organization.
The first topic was about the equipment acquired by the Project where it was stated that
they are of vital importance for the technical management of the crop and the reduction
of labor in weeding the coffee plots and that therefore we must put them to good use to
that have a longer duration.

Second topic was the centralized profit center, which is an alternative to improve the
quality of the product and the living conditions of the beneficiaries and for this reason it is
necessary to keep the facilities in good condition by maintaining the machines and
cleaning the trays. drying, since at this time it is rainy and it can be ruined. In addition, a
day of cleaning the land and removing irrigation ditches was scheduled for the following
month so that the drying facilities do not become damp.
In addition, they talked about the execution time of the Project that is already nearing
completion, which only exists for technical assistance and coordination.

IV. DIFFICULTIES.
 Due to the problem of the covid 19 pandemic, the central government affects
both producers and workers because they do not allow any activity to be carried
out in the intervention zone.
 The producers are concerned because the Project is already in its last months of
execution.
 This month of January, the heavy rains do not allow activities to be carried out at
100%.
V. CONCLUSIONS.
 Producers more strengthened by the continuity of the Project in the Pumurco area.
 Producers have been fertilizing with organic products to improve soil fertility.
 Producers continue to strengthen their capabilities in quality and organic
fertilization issues.
 Producers prepared for the external control union audit and to be able to certify
this year.
 Producers know the execution of the coffee Project and also the equipment that
has been acquired to date.
VI. RECOMMENDATIONS.
 Producers must follow the technical recommendations made by the responsible
technician to continue with the work.
 Producers must fertilize twice a year to increase coffee production.
 To manage the equipment, a promoter is trained to carry out the work in the
coffee plots.
 Apply sulfocalsic broth to prevent the fruit from falling due to the heavy rain in the
area.
