Sir,

I have known Jessica Spoljoric since May of 2006, when I was the First
Sergeant of HHB 2/123 FA. She had just come off active duty Air Force and joined the
Illinois National Guard. At the time I could see that she was already a competent
Soldier and had a great deal of potential.

Mrs. Spoljoric continued to impress myself and her new unit, FSC 2/123 FA
(HHB maintenance had been split off from HHB to form the Forward Support
Company). Since we where at the same Armory and usually at the same location at
Annual Training, I was able to observe that her work ethic continued to grow. I also
conducted Professional Counseling when ever she wanted my opinion.

I was saddened when Mrs. Spoljoric left the Guard but knew she needed to do this
for her own Professional Development. She was missed and two Soldiers where needed
to replace her in the maintenance office.

I am without a doubt that Mrs. Spoljoric has been a very valued person to have
working for you. She has a great ability to recognize problems before they arrive and
plan accordingly while still maintaining her work load.

To this day she is a person to whom I look up to and am very glad that I know her.

Thank you,
1SG Joseph J. Robinson (Ret.)
