13 While I address my writings to Adam Horsburgh CEO & Ors, knowing that Adam resigned but
14 Melisa or for that no one else has bothered to inform me who really is now running the show I
15 continue to write as if Adam is still in charge, as after all his hospital policies seems to be
16 continued to be enforced. However, it must be deemed to be directed at whomever is in charge!

2 directed by hospital policy! Indeed, various nurses both at the Ward as well as away from the
3 ward gave me the understanding, they dislike the mask policy but are bound to comply with the
4 hospital policy. As such, this I view is a unlawful terrorism upon the nurses to demand they wear
5 mask when they prefer not to do so, being it for their own or others health reasons, etc.

14 advice that when one wears glasses one should remove the glasses before sneezing or blow
15 your nose to prevent the eyes to be infected. After all, when a person blows his nose or
16 sneezes then glasses not uncommonly are fogged up. This underlines that then the pressure
17 of blowing once nose or sneezing pushes the pressure onto the eyes which can be far more
18 vulnerable to be infected then the nose or mouth.

4 Regardless if one accept or not the directive of 22July 2002 to be legally valid, the issue is
5 that the Department of Human Service has made clear on its website that mask is not
6 needed to be worn if there are difficult. It DOES NOT require a person to have a medical
7 exemption certificate! As Office work clearly relied upon the government directive and
8 this sign clearly indicates so that Officework should have made sure that the signage and
9 the staff also are correct in what they present. This I view is not eventuating.

21 As was established that those wearing a mask could be more of a danger to not only their
22 family members and co-workers but also to others. For example, when a person wears a
23 mask then there are concentrated plumes coming from the mask, and if in a store this may
24 then land on the products on the shelves, and then could very well infect customers who
25 then take those products.
26 As such, in a pharmacy the containers of medication may all be loaded with whatever came
27 from the concentrated plumes. A pharmacy may look very clean but may in fect be a real
28 health hazard in that regard, in particular to certain customers.

12 While this ward doctor keeps repeating like a broken gramophone like ‘you said that before’, ‘it
13 is on the computer’, ‘is it the medical team to make the decision’ one has to ask what then is the
14 purpose of him being there where for example with the “SHEDDING” for so far I am aware, he
15 has done absolutely nothing?
16 While doctors of the medical team are perhaps taking off the weekend, they leave Olga at risk of
17 shedding by hospital staff! So now she has been in Austin for a week, without any medical
18 assistance regarding dealing with the blood flow issue and leaving her instead in a compromised
19 situation of risk of shedding, etc.
20 When a nurse attended to assist Olga with a shower, Olga declined this. She didn’t want to
21 offend the nurse as Olga explained to me, she (the nurse) was a real very nice person, but Olga
22 obviously is trying to minimize any risk to herself. And when I attend I leave it up to Olga what
23 assistance she desires in her capacity, as I am certainly not going to force something onto her!
