Introduction

Conflicts and violence are events that generate problems, deaths and an uncertainty that

invades many hearts in our country, in such a way that we must persevere in peace and

overshadow all these acts of violence that cause many families to mourn, that is

Because of this activity we can discover the analyzes of illustrious people who talk a

little about conflicts, as well as the amount of conflicts that exist that otherwise affect

success as people, as a family, as a country.

Negotiation and Mediation by Christopher Moore.

According to the theory of this great illustrious man, it is important to recognize that

the mediator must be a person who is knowledgeable about the parties involved in the

conflict and must also be impartial. Which seeks the best way to solve the problem,

without affecting and damaging interpersonal relationships, taking into account that

there is no mediation without negotiation. Likewise, it is vital to know how to reach

people and provide them with the aspect of acceptability, which has been an important

element to achieve agreement between litigants.

Neutrality is the central axis of the media to search for ways or find tools to solve a

problem. According to Moore, communication strengthens the solution of all those

problems that the third party tries to solve.

Johan Galtung's Conflict Theory

Galtung provides us with two triangles of violence, which are related to each other.

The first is the ABC triangle: Attitudes adopted towards the conflict; adopted behaviors;

and underlying contradiction in the conflict (root). The second triangle tells us that there

are two types of violence: visible and invisible. The visible is direct violence and the

invisible is cultural violence (which causes or feeds direct) and structural violence.

According to Galtung, for there to be a conflict there must be violence, which is why

only a conflict can be the daily bread between people, taking into account that everyone

does not have the same capacity to reason, in such a way that there is no agreement, for

Therefore, these conflicts are the basis for violence, which can be physical or emotional,

through direct or indirect violence.

Conclusion

According to the preparation of this activity, we can see the importance of harmony,

peace and a good personal environment, which keeps a community healthy, since
conflicts are the central axis of so much violence even among friends and families. We

must learn that all people do not have to think the same as us, each person is free to

think and give their point of view, that is, we must learn to respect and accept mistakes,

in order to avoid conflicts and therefore violence. .
