CONTRACT N o 001 FOR THE PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTION SERVICES

Appearing at the signing of this Contract for the Provision of Professional Sound Production Services,
on the one hand, Mr. __________________________________________________, Nationality
Ecuadorian, with identity card No._______________________ to whom we will refer from now on
as “Musician” and on the other hand Mr. _______________________, with identity card No.
_______________, who from now on we will refer to as “Producer”, which agree on the following
terms:

First.- The Musician, upon signing this Contract, undertakes to pay the amount of $___ (
dollars), under the following payment method:

Second.- The Producer, upon signing this contract, undertakes to complete a Monthly Work Day of __
Hours, distributed in __ hours per week.

Third.- The services that the Producer will provide to the Musician are (choose those required):

1 Sound Production
1 Artistic Representation
1 Studio and Performance Musician
1 Music Composition
1 Music Arrangements
1 Sound and Acoustics
1 Teaching
1 Production of Physical Material for the band

Fourth.- The duration of this Contract is __ months from the date on which the parties involved have
established it.

Fifth.- The Musicians accept and adhere to the content stipulated in the “Work Regulations” proposed
by the Producer, a document that both parties draft and understand as a mechanism to work more
efficiently.
