MOTOR VEHICLE RENTAL AGREEMENT

BETWEEN: Mr. ____________________________ , Dominican, of legal age, single,

merchant, bearer of identity and electoral card No._____________________ domiciled and
resident at Monterrico street 15 number 26, Municipal District, El Ranchito, La Vega,
Dominican Republic , who in hereinafter and for the legal purposes of this act will be called
THE FIRST PARTY OR OWNER . And on the other hand, Mr.
___________________________________, Dominican of legal age , single, student,
holder of the identity card and electoral card No. __________________, domiciled and
resident in this city of Santiago de los Caballeros, who from now on and for the legal
purposes and consequence of this act will be called THE SECOND PARTY OR
TENANT .

THE FOLLOWING HAS BEEN AGREED AND AGREED:

FIRST: THE FIRST PARTY rents to THE SECOND , through this act, the MOTOR
VEHICLE described below:

A CAR, BRAND: HYUNDAI, MODEL: SONATA Y20, YEAR OF

MANUFACTURE: 2013, COLOR: ORANGE, REGISTRATION AND PLATE: No.
X455591, ISSUED BY THE GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF INTERNAL TAXES.

SECOND: THE SECOND PARTY agrees to pay for rent the sum of FOUR
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOMINICAN PESOS (RD$4,500.00) WEEKLY,
which must be paid without any delay on TUESDAY of each week.

THIRD: THE SECOND PARTY cannot accumulate (02) TWO WEEKS of the vehicle
rental payment, if it incurs this failure it will have to pay a penalty of 5% late payment for
each rent not paid.

FOURTH: In the event that THE SECOND PARTY is involved in a traffic accident with
the vehicle rented through this act, it will have to assume all the expenses incurred as a
result of this.

FIFTH: THE SECOND PARTY must inform THE FIRST PARTY of the repairs that
are going to be made to the vehicle rented through this act, showing invoices for the
expenses and quotes for the repairs that need to be made.

SIXTH: THE SECOND PARTY undertakes to bring the vehicle to THE FIRST PARTY
one day a week for the evaluation of the conditions of said aforementioned vehicle.-.

SEVENTH: To terminate this contract, any of the parties may do so after verifying and
examining the conditions of the vehicle and showing agreement by mutual agreement, with
THE FIRST PARTY receiving it in good condition.

DONE AND DRAWN UP in the city of Santiago, Dominican Republic, on the Eight (08)
day of the month of June in the year Two Thousand Nineteen (2019).

CERTIFY AND FAITH: That the signatures that appear inserted in this document,

appear, who have expressed to me under the faith of the oath, that those are the signatures
that they usually use in all the public and private acts of their lives. In the city of Santiago,
