Upon looking into what the KGB and the NSA have been working on we have a few
suggestions on what could be done to improve our SIS Consulting Firm.
The first suggestion is to incorporate a new operations system into our transaction
processing. This new system would allow the firm to increase the anonymity of our
customers to external systems, while still allowing for a secure and safe transaction.

Another system that we feel would be useful to implement, is a decision support
systems for Q and his R&D Division. This would allow for the agents to give feedback
on all of the gadgets that they receive and make requests for ones they would like to
see in the future. The division would have access to this information and be able to
make decisions on which gadgets are working and which are not.

The last system that we have come up with would be an Expert System Knowledge
Base, this system would allow all of the agents to have to helpline, based on a database
full of how-to information. This would host a plethora of information from, how-to fly a
helicopter to how-to make a Local Specialty in the targets hometown. This would allow
our agents to have a competitive advantage, giving them access to a wider range of
missions.

RESPONSE(concern): Well are you sure this is the way we should go?

more and more importance. With Customer Relation Management and Data Mining
being the main focus in the last 10 years. There was also a study done by the IT
governance institute in which 250 CEO’s of Big and Small Companies were surveyed.
Of these more than half agree that Information Technology is necessary, and 75%
consider it directly related to business solutions.

RESPONSE: Well alright, but what kind of benefits will this bring to the firm?

and customers value, by creating an environment that will help the employees
implement cooperative business processes and increase workplace efficiency

ANSWER: Well business value is the total sum of what a company is work, including
asset, processes, systems, and employees. The customer value is difference between
what a customer have to give for a product from how much they have to give.
