Madrid has currently published two books on digital marketing and shares its
knowledge acquired during its trajectory, since one of its conferences has become a
case study for automated conversational chat marketing specialists. Through the
automation of business chats, the American who is now 24 years old generated
significant gains in sales in a period of 21 days.
In 2016, Josh Madrid joined a group of digital marketing specialists, where he made
contact with Jeff Mcpherson. His friendship was fruitful because by investing $297 in
an app that Mcpherson was promoting, 6 months later he earned an income of more
than $27,000 in December of that year.
Staying in the field of digital marketing, gaining knowledge and popularity, in 2018
Josh Madrid was planning a business conference for 750 people. However, he had not
been able to sell more than 50 tickets despite the famous industry speakers who
would attend. At this point, Jeff Mcpherson contacted him again to make him the
world's first beta tester for his automatic chat system.

In view of the fact that the date of the conference was approaching and he wanted to
sell the remaining 700 tickets, he decided to take a chance. Madrid's investment was
$2,000 that covered the cost of software development, and thus became the first
person to use a conversational chatbot funnel and social CRM for social networks.
Madrid's Instagram account @jetset had more than 320,000 followers at that time,
but the American responded to a maximum of 70 messages a day. With the use of
automated chat, Madrid generated more than 11,000 potential customers by being
able to respond to thousands of messages a day. In this way, the AI chatbot generated
more than 5 million dollars in collective sales for the speaker and author of marketing
books.
Josh Madrid recommends that young entrepreneurs should devote themselves fully
to something and follow the example of experts. "The fastest way to generate results
and progress in a specific skill is to spend many hours working on something in a
short space of time and use feedback to improve on a daily basis," he adds.
According to the expert, working with automated chat systems is a mental challenge
because you have to think about all the possible conversations that could happen so
that the chatbot is able to have a conversation with a user. Explain that it is vital to
discover what is necessary to build relationships through messages and apply
psychology so that conversations feel personalized.
Currently there are many sectors that are betting on conversational models, including
the tourism sector, the banking sector and insurance companies. The reason for this
is that chatbots can serve to incentivize sales, optimize customer service and generate
content.
Josh Madrid comments that his current goal is to continue improving and expanding
the boundaries of what is possible in the world of digital marketing with
conversational chatbots. He is currently working on the use of automated chat
systems to help sell tickets for Alex Morton's Break The Code event, with Grant
Cardone, Rob Dyrdek and Ed Mylett as keynote speakers.
