Decision either in a live or working environment.
To make decisions we need to use the appropriate process so that we can make decisions

researched in advance what happened in the school where he will be working. She tried
to pretend to be a student's heir to enrol her daughter in the school, but she received
rude treatment from the teachers at the school.
Besides that, in addition to the teachers who are not disciplined, the students in the
school also have very bad discipline. The students in the school are too exposed to
things that are not beneficial. For example, there is a small stall that sells cigarettes to
school students. This should not happen, and it can damage the future of students.

For example, there are some teachers who simply fulfil the teaching requirements
without making sure that the students understand what they are teaching.
In terms of threats, various threats have been received by Madam Geeta Rani. For
example, she got threats from some teachers who tried to demote her from her rank.
This is because some teachers at the school feel challenged by her presence.
In addition, he also received threats from other schools who tried to bring him down
because they felt challenged by Madam Geeta rani's wisdom in running the school.
From the aspect of risk in this film, Madam Geeta Rani took a risk by allowing the
students who had failed to retake the exam. This action was reported to the superiors
and caused her to be detained, however, she was released after the failed students
proved that they successfully passed the exam.

school.

In this aspect, Madam Geeta Rani took an action by correcting the rules of the school
to produce disciplined students and teachers. In addition, she also held a meeting with
the next of heir of the students to get their support to continue to encourage the children
to continue studying for their own future.
• ACT, REVIEW, AND RE-ASSESS
In this aspect, everything worked on by Madam Geeta Rani yielded very satisfactory
results. For example, the situation of the students in the school is under control
compared to before and their level of discipline is improving. In addition, he is also
able to prove that students who fail will not fail forever and that they are able to succeed
with the support of those around them.
Finally, Madam Geeta Rani was able to prove to the public that the school which
was previously overlooked by the community can produce dedicated students and
teachers today.
In conclusion, everything that happens must have a solution. Madam Geeta Rani proved to
everyone that she can change the future of today's generation for the sake of the future.
