inform the MakeX staff in advance;
• Accommodation: Five-star hotel (2 people 1 room);
⚫ • Transportation: Only pick-up & drop-off at Perth International Airport. If you
choose other arrivals, you have to arrange pick-up and drop-off by yourself.
• Shuttle bus to and from the venue;

One-bed room, if one person one room, needs to make up extra payment;

1. The actual schedule may be adjusted according to the competition schedule.
2. Insurance while travelling is included; it’s recommended to purchase your own travel
personal accident insurance in advance (choose the appropriate plan according to your own
situation).
