delivery.
on acceptance of a Customer Order, Customer will notify BSH of an estimated
date of delivery and for any variations, information has to be provided by the
Customer before 2 working days from the date of delivery
period of standard delivery will be no later than 150 days after full payment (=
max. 210 days after order entry date).

The customer is fully responsible for ensuring that the dimensions and
features of purchased appliances are appropriate for installation and use at
the customer’s premise
The Products are supplied subject to the relevant Product’s specifications as
specified in the manuals and are covered by BSH’s Manufacturer’s Warranty,
the details of which are given in the warranty card.

apply if the Customer cancels the order after 30 days from the date of placing
the order.
• In case of cleaning and care products,
• 100% advance payment will be applicable.
Cancellation is not applicable for cleaning and care products.
For cleaning and care products, standard delivery estimate is 5-7 working
days.
BSH accepts Payment by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay, UPI, EFT, cheque
and any other payment method accepted by BSH from time to time.
The Customer must inspect all Products upon delivery. All claims for
shortages or defects or damage upon visible inspection of the goods shall be
notified to the company in writing immediately or the latest within 14 days
from the date of Invoice. Goods delivered in a damaged condition or if the
packaging is not intact must be signed for as such while giving
acknowledgment of receipt of such goods to the transporter.
