SERVICES ADMINISTRATION
OF NURSING
The Nursing Services Administration Curriculum Design constitutes a relevant element in the academic training of the Nursing
student. Once the administrative competencies are added, it will allow the student to have the skills and abilities to provide quality
human care and high training to Manage Nursing Services.
A care unit, whether hospital-based or located in the community, with a clear organizational structure, with defined functions
and transformational leadership, will make nursing services the fundamental basis for health care in different institutions, whether in
the field public or private.
Consequently, the stated curricular design will allow students to acquire the administrative skills that they will put into practice
in the search for proactivity and productivity both in human care and in the management of the institutions where they work.
GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE SUBJECT
Provide the tools that allow the incorporation of the student in the administration of human care and nursing services at local, regional
and national levels with special foundations in decision making, change process, leadership and institutional management.
UNIT I This Unit seeks to develop in the student behavioral and emotional competencies such as: Learning to Search for Information, Technical
Knowledge, Self-Esteem, Concern for Personal Image and Empowerment. For your immersion in the field of care administration
