1. Please explain why “Reflection is integral to feedback”?
2. Please give some example of question for reflection in:

 The process
 Upon feedback

Answer
1. Reflection is integral to feedback caused by some things.
a. First, it can make somebody inspired to learn the connection between reflection
and feedback. From that, the learners will be improve themselves to be better.
b. Second, it can increase the critical thinking of the learners. They will know their
performance and the feedback of the audience. They can manage whether their
performance bad or good and whether the audience get the information from what
the learners gave.
c. Third, the learners will be able to teach themselves in order to analyze the
weakness and strength of their project. Therefore, the learners can also learn their
capability.
2. Some example of question for reflection in:
a. Task/performance
1) Is the task that I do in the format appropriate?
2) Is the task that I do contain actual fact and data?
3) Is the task that I do contain information that useful for the readers?
4) Is the information in the assignment well conveyed?
5) Did the audience get the information correctly?
6) Did the audience like the way I deliver the information?
b. The process
1) Is the time I spent making the task effective?
2) Have I worked sequentially?
3) Have I worked thoroughly?
c. Upon feedback
1) Why does the audience not like my performance?
2) Which part of my performance does the audience dislike?
3) Why is my task not so informative?
4) What should I do to get better?
