ELEMENTS OF COACHING

VALUES : Coaching is fundamentally based on the underlying values that have


already been discussed. If not, it simply becomes a series of behavioral tricks or
some interesting communication techniques.

AND RESULTS : Coaching is a results-oriented process that results in continuous


improvement of performance, whether individual or group.

AND DISCIPLINE : Coaching is a disciplinary interaction. In order to achieve the


goal of continuous improvement, a coach must be disciplined enough to create
the essential conditions, learn, develop and use critical skills, and adequately
manage a coaching conversation.

THE COACH

into reality, that is, he is a leader who promotes team unity.
