Dear Sir,
With reference to above cited subject and letter references regarding the parameter considered
for design of MCW is 50.
As per the Schedule B of Article 4.7 of Concession Agreement, the minimum MSA required for
the design of the main carriageway is stipulated as 50 MSA minimum. However, the latest traffic
study indicates that the MSA is 51.93.
In light of this updated information, please revise the design MSA for the main carriageway to
51.93 MSA.
This revision is necessary to ensure the design aligns with the most recent traffic data and
adheres to the updated requirements.
