In order to download the Neural Filters it is necessary (at least) to log in once to Artista .

Activate Neural Filters in Photoshop CC 2021

If we have already downloaded and installed Photoshop CC 2021 for Mac or Windows, we will

only need to log in to Creative Cloud. If we do not want to log in we must consult in the

middle of the post how to do it .

We can click on Windows Start or click on the Mac “magnifying glass” and write “ Creative

Cloud ” to run that program.

Once in Creative Cloud , we must log in with any Adobe account , it does not matter if it is

free or with a subscription, in both cases it will work.

Now, we start Photoshop CC 2021 , open any photo or image and select FILTER > Neural Filters

Privacy
In Neural Filters we click on Style Transfer , then we click on the download button . If

we are not logged in to Creative Cloud or have the Adobe servers blocked, it is very

likely that you will not be able to download or the option to do so will not appear at

all.

Once downloaded we can use them normally, we can apply smoothing and transfer styles.

Points to keep in mind about Neural Filters

It is important to know that only versions of MacOS 10.15 or higher will have access to

Neural Filters.

In the case of MacOS 10.14 and earlier they will have some filters but not all , for

example, Photo Restoration will not be available in Mojave or earlier.

In Windows 10 all filters will be available without exception.

If for some reason we want to copy or delete the ^lters, we can find them at:

Mac: ~/Library/Application

Support/Adobe/UXP/PluginsStorage/PHSP/22/Internal/com.adobe.nfp.gallery/PluginData

Win: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\UXP\

I don't have PluginsStorage folder, only this: C:\
Users\gefeg\AppData\Local\UXP\PluginsData

Hello Gerardo, in theory the download is

PluginsData, so within UXP you can put the downloaded folder. Tell us if it works for you

to add that route in case another user has the same situation.
