New School Registration System

Instructions to be followed before filling the Application Form:

1. Use Google chrome /Internet Explorer 9.0/Mozilla FireFox Browser.

2.This software is only for opening of new Pre-Primary,Primary and Secondary Schools.

3.Information should be correct and true.Your applicaiton will be rejected,if any information found incorrect in future.

4.Please go through detailed instructions before filling the application form.

5. Please ensure data is properly filled, Wherever you specify 'Uploaded', necessary documents should be attached and to be uploaded.

6.Required registration and processing fees should be paid only through KhajaneII(k2)Challan and ensure the Head of Account 0202-01-102-1-01.
Individual challan should be generated for each subpurpose

7.Select the following parameters while generating the challan.

Department Details:
i. Category - Government
ii. District - Banglore Urban
iii. Department - Department Of Public Instruction
iv. DDO Office- Commisionerate for Public Instruction
Purpose Details:
i. Purpose - Secondary Education-Tution and Other Fees: High Schools
ii.Sub purpose name-Select as per your requirment mentioned in the table below:

Important Note:-Registration and Processing Fee should be generated by selecting the above parameters only. If not it will not be considered.

8. If managment wants to claim the challan of the rejected application,then enter the latest rejected application number and follow the procedure in the
software.
