2. BACKGROUND:
In compliance with the provisions of the Organic Law and its Regulations, Art. 209 mentions that:
educational institutions must issue an official format defined by the central level of the National
Educational Authority partial quarterly and annual learning reports, which express qualitative and
quantitatively the scope of learning achieved by the student in each of the subjects, and in which
recommendations must be included to provide the student's learning, likewise Art. 54. It states that
the grade or course board is the body in charge of analyzing hours of educational work outside of
class. The academic performance of students, in accordance with the national curriculum and
educational quality standards.
3. ACTIVITIES
In accordance with Art. 205 which does mention that; let students and legal representatives know
how they will be evaluated during the school year. During the course of the Quimester, constant
evaluation activities were carried out to observe, measure and assess the progress of the students
in relation to the learning goals set in this subject. In accordance with the provisions of Art.206.

the academic performance of their clients, as well as carry out the process of academic
reinforcement, reinforcement classes, individual tutoring, study schedule that the student must
complete at home with the help of his family.

8.- CONCLUSION
 Our Servina student population is very heterogeneous because they present problems of
different rates that affect academic performance.
 They are continually missing.
 Parents are not responsible for the fulfillment of their clients' tasks or their attendance.
 The students were reinforced in complementary hours and with feedback before any lesson
or exams, both midterm and quarterly.
 Take into account students who arrive late.
 Work was done with curricular adaptations.
9.- RECOMMENDATIONS
 The DECE must implement spaces for reflection by parents with their children to establish
dialogues of trust in the study tasks.
 Strategies or sanctions must be used for students whose lifestyle is not to attend the
institution.
 Work on new techniques and strategies in teaching and learning for this new semester.
 Keep working on motivational videos.

2.- BACKGROUND.
In compliance with the provisions of Art. 209.- Learning reports. Educational institutions must issue
partial, quarterly and annual learning reports in an official format defined by the Central Level of
the National Educational Authority, which qualitatively and quantitatively express the scope of
learning achieved by the student in each of the subjects, and in which recommendations should be
included to promote student learning. The reports are classified as follows:
Annual learning report. It is a report that contains the average of the two (2) quarterly grades,
qualitatively and quantitatively expresses the scope of learning achieved by the student in each of
the subjects, formulates recommendations and academic improvement plans that must be
followed, and determines results. approval and disapproval.
I allow myself to present the annual learning report for the subject of Mathematics for the first
year of parallel high school “A”
3. ACTIVITIES
In accordance with the provisions of Art.206. Likewise , Art. 207 and 208 , which state, call

represent, as well as carry out the process of academic reinforcement, feedback, reinforcement

Therefore, each report has been presented to the tutor and vice-rector about the poor
performance and the feedback that has been developed. As evidence, reinforcement and feedback
plans have been delivered from the teacher and the notebook plus the work folder with all the
student's homework and workshops.

7.- CONCLUSION

 84.78% of the book's activities have been completed despite interruptions to programs that
coincided with the subject.
 Work was done with curricular adaptations.
 The students little by little were actively participating in the fulfillment of educational
activities, and they have been adapting to some changes and almost all of certain units were
fulfilled.

 Attend, participate and work actively in the teaching-learning process in the classroom and
pedagogical recovery in order to strengthen capacities, abilities and skills.
This is all I can report as a teacher of the first year of high school in the subject of mathematics after
having concluded the 2019 - 2020 academic year.
