PRICE ACTION IS ONE OF
THE MOST EFFECTIVE
ANALYSIS CONCEPTS

A TRADER who knows how to use Price action in the correct way has better
performance and significant results.
However, there are still many misunderstandings and half-truths out there that confuse
traders and set them up for failure.

#1-ORDER ABSORPTION:
SUPPORT AND RESISTANCE us .
Support and resistance indicate important price levels, because if the price is
repeatedly forced to rotate at the same level, this level becomes important and will be
used for many traders' decision making. If an uptrend is repeatedly forced to reverse
with the same resistance, it means that the ratio between buyers and sellers suddenly
drops.

Not only do all the buyers withdraw at once, but the sellers immediately dominate the
market when they start the new downtrend.

# 1-ORDER ABSORPTION
Of course, support and resistance do not always prevent the price from continuing a
trend.
Conventional technical analysis says: The more often the price hits a certain support or
resistance level, the stronger it becomes.

However, this doesn't make as much sense. And I'll explain why! When the price
reaches a support or resistance level, the balance between buyers and sellers

4
changes. When the price hits a resistance during an uptrend, more sellers enter the
market and place their selling trades. If the price reaches the same resistance level
again, fewer sellers will be there because they have acted earlier.
This phenomenon is also called order absorption.

That is why the ideal is to always take a first touch entry, and this rule has to be
considered very important mainly in operations against the trend.

The resistance weakens until buyers find no more resistance and the price can rise and
continue the uptrend. You can see this when the rejections of a resistance become
weaker and weaker. Figures like triangles are based on this same concept. The
following image shows an example.

As you can see in the graph above the price is coming back more and more

5
fast at the same resistance level, as indicated by the arrows. This shows that fewer
sellers are willing to sell at that level.
The region is being tested quite a bit, but it does not mean that this region is strong, in
fact, that resistance level is becoming weaker and weaker. Additionally, just before the
breakout, the trend was making ascending tops and bottoms, as indicated by the dotted
arrow.

The price broke the resistance level, causing the uptrend

# 2-PHASES OF THE GRAPH

The price can go up, down or move to one side. That is the simple concept of the
will begin when no sales interest was left
market. The following image shows five important phases of the market.

in an upward trend. If the price falls, it is called a downtrend. Trends can have varying
degrees of intensity and size, this will depend on the scenario in which the market finds
itself.
When it comes to trends, the ideal is that you always use them to your advantage and
look for patterns to surf along with the trend.

CORRECTION
Corrections are short moves against the current trend.

Whatever the type of market it will never go in a straight line, but rather alternate
between high and low waves. A correction is not just a correction. There are different

7
types of corrections. They can be classified into channels - expanded, condensed and
symmetrical.
Within these channels, we have different opportunities to re-enter the trend direction,
these are the only trend continuation patterns you should be aware of.

1st STEP - The channel must have 3 points (two maximums and one minimum or two
minimums and one maximum)

2nd STEP - Connect two points on one side (1 + 2) and copy it so that it connects to
the point on the opposite side (3).

8
CONSOLIDATION
Consolidations are lateral phases. During a sideways phase, the price moves sideways
in a generally defined price corridor and there are no impulses to start a trend.

TREND REVERSAL
If a correction continues for a long time and its intensity increases, that correction
becomes a reversal and a new trend begins.
Like breakouts, trend reversal scenarios indicate a price transition from one market
phase to the next.

The different phases of the market can be observed in a simple way, as they represent
the battle between buyers and sellers.

9
This concept is timeless and describes the mechanism that causes all price
movements. An upward trend raises the price, demonstrating the predominance of
buyers. Consolidations show temporary trend pauses.

Corrections show the short-term rise against the trend. If these are removed, the trend
continues its movement.

On the other hand, long correction phases end up developing into new trends mainly
when the strength changes completely.

#3-WAVE LENGTH AND SLOPE

After you have understood that the market is made up of different phases, we will look
at four different elements that you can use to analyze each type of wave.

The wavelength of individual trends is the most important factor in evaluating trend
strength. During an uptrend, when the high leg is long and not interrupted by correction
waves, it shows that buyers are very strong.

On the other hand, smaller trend waves or slower trend waves show that a trend is not
strong or is losing strength. The figure below shows that trend phases are clearly
described by long price waves in the direction of the underlying trend.

1
0
Did you know that the speed with which the price increases during a

1
1
trend is also of great importance? For example, moderate trends last longer and a
sudden increase in prices generally indicates a less sustainable trend. Normally, we
can observe this during so-called (price) bubbles, in which the price falls quickly after
an explosive rise.

Looking at the angle and inclination of the trend waves, compared to the overall context
of the chart, is also important: When the legs are accelerating or weakening it shows
that a trend is gaining speed or slowly stopping.

The length of the legs can also be observed: a trend remains intact if we find long
waves or trend waves with a greater angle. On the other hand, a trend with waves that
become shorter and shorter and simultaneously lose their inclination and decrease in
angle is an indication that it is ending.

#4 INTITUTIONAL PRICE
THE BEST WAY TO IMPROVE YOUR
ANALYSIS FAST

You can increase your success rate and your results just by trading with important and
significant price levels.

Most amateur traders make the mistake of trading any price region, regardless of
where they occur, and then wonder why they fail to achieve positive results. In my
operations, I pay close attention to the location. If the entry signal occurs in a major
support/resistance area mainly when this region is a round value.
Example: 113,000, 114,000, 115,000, 112,500 .

#5 – FOUR THINGS YOU SHOULD ANALYZE

AT A SPEED TO IMPROVE YOUR
PRICE ACTION ANALYSIS

To understand price action in candlesticks, it is necessary to look at price movements

1
4
as a battle between buyers and sellers. Buyers speculate that the price will increase
through their trading or buying interest. Sellers bet on falling prices and lower the price
with their selling interests.

If there are more buyers than sellers, or more buying interest than selling interest,
buyers will have no one they can buy from. Prices rise until the price is so high that
sellers find it more attractive to get involved.
At the same time, the price is eventually too high for buyers to continue purchasing.

However, if there are more sellers than buyers, prices will fall until a balance is restored
and more buyers enter the market.

The greater the imbalance between these two market participants, the faster the market
moves in one direction. However, if there is only a small projection, prices tend to
change more slowly.

When buying and selling interests are in balance, there is no reason for the price to
change. Both parties are satisfied with the current price and there is a market balance.

It is always important to keep this in mind, because the stock price is intended to
compare the strength ratio of both parties to assess which market participants are
stronger and in which direction the price is most likely to move.

3) BODY POSITION
Did the body of a candle close closer to the close or the open? When the body closes
very close to the top of the candle, it indicates that the buying force is predominant.
Especially when that Candle leaves little wick.

4) CANDLE BODY
A large body and a small wick indicate a lot of strength, while candles with a small body
and large wicks indicate indecision.

#6-FATHER OF HUNTING
Conventional price action standards are very obvious and many traders believe that

1
6
brokers manage their orders and chase their entries, simply by sometimes making a
trade and the market doing the opposite, even if the entry is clear and good.

It is very easy for the professional to predict where amateurs are entering and leaving
their operations. And that's when you know who the shark and the sardine are, and if
you want to learn to operate like a shark you have to start acting like them.

The famous "false breakouts" or "Stop Candles" that you will see are not made by your
broker, but by experienced traders who simply squeeze amateurs to generate more
liquidity. This is one of those price action secrets that can make a big difference and we
have seen many of our students completely change their trading by putting it in mind.

#7-SUBJECTIVITY OF THE LINES

TREND
HOW TO CORRECTLY PLOT A TREND LINE Many traders have difficulty drawing
trend lines, because it is not always obvious how a trend line can form.

Ideally, you should wait for three confirmed touch points before you start paying closer
attention to a trend line. Some traders make the mistake of connecting dots at random
and waiting for the price to return to the region.

However, a trend line is only confirmed if it has three points of contact. But when three
touchpoints are aligned, it's no longer a coincidence.

1
7
Should you use candles or candle bodies to draw trend lines?

The answer is confluence. The more points of contact and confluence around your
trend line, the better it is. There are no set rules about whether highlights or bodies are
better. Just look for a trend line that gives you more confirmation without being violated
too much.

Standardizing how you are going to plot your trend line is important. You must establish
for yourself how to draw trend lines and always follow this to improve your analysis.

The next question that arises is whether to draw trend lines connecting the lows or
highs.

The answer is very direct:

1
8
In a downtrend connect the downtrends and during an uptrend connect the uptrends.
This has two benefits: you can use the tones to enter trend following trades and when
the trend line is broken, it can be a reversal signal.

When you have difficulty drawing a trend line, compare it to breaks of support or
resistance. This makes the negotiation more objective.

It is not safe for you to trade the breakout of the trend line, only when the price forms a
top or bottom in favor of the breakout. These signs usually occur quickly, it is a type of
entry that will not wait long and will considerably improve the quality of your operations.

The figure below shows several confirmed trend lines with more than three contact
points in each case. Note that whenever a trend line is broken the movement changes.

Interestingly, every break in a trend line is preceded first by a change of tops and
bottoms, and then the break of support or resistance.

When price breaks a trend line during an uptrend, we can usually see how the trend
has already formed lower highs.
The breakout of the trend line is then the final signal, therefore after a new trend starts.

1
9
TREND LINE ANGLE
The greater the angle of a trend line, the stronger the trend tends to be. In this case this
parameter is used to analyze who is dominating the current scenario, when it comes to
using the angle to carry out operations when the price touches the trend line the
parameter changes a little. The larger the angle, the more likely it is that this line is
broken in the long term and respected in the short term and is ideal for quick
operations.

2
0
The image below shows a downward trend with increasingly larger trend line angles.
The trend is gaining strength and the trend lines visualize it perfectly. Some people call
it impact and momentum pattern when you see that a trend is suddenly gaining even
more strength it means that the trend tends to be sustainable.

If it is the other way around and the trend lines are decreasing in inclination angle, it
means that the trend is losing strength.
