LOAN AGREEMENT CONTRACT

This Loan Agreement (this ‘Agreement”), is made as of this ________ (day)

of ______ (month), ______ (year).
I, ____________________________________ (Borrower), from
____________________________________________________________
_________ (address), would like to borrow a sum of money from
_________________________ (Lender) with a total of RM ________.
I will return the full amount of the borrowed sum of money on the
___________ (end of loan tenure) with no complications.
Shall I fail to honor this agreement, then I will submit completely to the
contract clause’s terms.

The parties agree as follows:

1. Contract clause.
- Should the Borrower fail from paying back the loan he/she had agreed to
pay on the supposed date given by the lender, the Borrower will be
charged RM 1000 per day as penance. The penance can accumulate up to
a maximum amount of RM 10,000 as total penalty.
- Should the Borrower fail to pay the penance fees, he/she can be charged
further as it is within the Lender’s rights to take this agreement letter to
court.
