1. According to the date of birth, establish the age in years and months.
2. Measure the teenager and write down the result in centimeters.
Weigh the adolescent and record the result in Kg. and hundreds of grams. During the physical examination, determine the
stage of pubertal development according to the graphs on the back of this page.
3. Locate the adolescent's age at the time of the consultation, on the lower horizontal line of the graph.
4. Mark with a point the place where the current age intersects with the weight in Kg. and hundreds of grams with the size in cm.
5. Analyze the individual situation, observing the adolescent's progression in the curves and the different
interrelationships of the evaluated parameters.
