CLINICAL DATA 01
Patient with tachypnea, tachycardia, weakness, anorexia, sudden emesis, anorexia, is
brought for emergency consultation (7:15 pm), had lunch (12:30 pm) normally (home diet
based on rice or flour soups plus chicken entrails).
CLINICAL EXAMINATION : malaxation with painful abdomen, congested mucous
membranes, skin that retracts at 2", TLLC 2", intense vocalizations, staggering gait, rectal
temperature 39.6 °C, slight abdominal bulge. There are no PD/PU, vaccines and
antiparasitics up to date.
ADDITIONAL DATA : PV 39.8 kg, neutered, lives with a cat and there are canaries in
the

CLINICAL DATA 02
Patient presents marked depression, hypoactive, no PD/PU, has been in heat for a month,
covered and has gained weight recently, her diet is based on a balanced diet for puppies
plus chicken waste (mixed), she has not had any vaccinations for a year, she has not been
dewormed. , had fleas but it was already controlled.
CLINICAL EXAMINATION: T° 40.4 °C, TLLC 2", slightly increased RR and HR,
congested mucous membranes, moderate ataxia, petechiae in the inguinal region,
significant pain due to abdominal malaxation, bad-smelling and pasty stools of apparently
