Session sequence
Home (10 minutes)
 The teacher greets the students in a friendly manner.
 The rules of coexistence in the classroom are reminded with the participation of the
students.
 The teacher asks the following question:
o What are the main aspects of Asia?
 The teacher will paste a political map of Asia.
 The teacher will give the students images of the various Asian countries that they must
paste on the map.
 The teacher asks the following questions:
o What is the situation in Asian countries? What distinguishes this continent? What
countries make it up? What is the standard of living of the residents? What are
your main economic activities? What cultures have existed in your territory?
What languages are there?
 The teacher writes down the students' ideas and announces the name of UNIT II:
Analyzing the characteristics of Asia and the importance of the State in the economy
and the product of Unit: Tourist brochures.
Development (40 minutes)
 The teacher asks the following question : What is the geography of Asia like?
 The teacher gives them the following text “Asia: general characteristics and relief.”
 Students create a visual organizer of “The characteristics of the Asian
relief.”
 Students complete the following diagram based on the text “Types
of relief”.
 Students read “Asia: Hydrography, Climate, and Biomes.”
 Students answer the following questions:
o What are the hydrographic watersheds of Asia?
o What is the Arctic Glacier Slope like?
o What characteristics do the rivers of the Pacific
Slope have?
o What are the main rivers on the Indian slope?
 Analyze the following map:
