Experience Letter

This is to certify that Mr. Dipesh Bhujel is employed with us since 2018 March as
a machine operator and junior production staff. He was responsible for
assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery. To fulfill his
responsibility he took overall leadership for the production process.

Our programs are designed to stimulate creativity, critical thinking,

risk-taking, and the 21st-century skills necessary for innovation. Karkhana is
run by a team of technologists- turned-educators, thus bringing a strong
understanding of core skills that are quintessential in this tech-infused world.
Karkhana is active in the global maker and education community, and has
been invited to participate and present its work in events such as the
FabLearn conference at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California; Maker
Carnival in Singapore; Hackteria in Yogyakarta, Indonesia; Maker Faire in
Shenzhen, China; and Transformation, in Indonesia.

Dipesh joined us three and half years ago when he was selected for the
position of content generator intern. He was one of the candidates we
selected out of the competitive pool we received. One of the first things that
made him distinct was his curiosity in learning and diligence in things he did.
He helps us to test different content and help in the process to simplify the
content

I think Dipesh’s biggest assets are his ability to keep things on track and
manage any piece of work. These skills not only act as the driving force
behind his work but also help him learn efficiently. I think these are also the
reasons for the rapid growth he has exhibited during his time with Karkhana.

After the year of working in the content generation team when karkhana was
moving from a service company to a production company, Dipesh played a
crucial role in making sure the machine are full in operation and
maintenance and tracking are done. During his work, he Supervised the
manufacturing process, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient
manner. During the time of COVID-19 also Operated tools in order to aid in the
manufacturing process.
