Reference is made to the above mentioned subject.

2. We would like to submit our application of time No.7 due the postponement in
testing and commissioning (T and C) and project handover that cause by delay in
water and electricity supply to the site. Pursuant to Clause XX,
“……”
3. The contractor would like to apply for XX number of days. The summary of the
delay is as summarized below:

The detailed chronological event is descripted as per attachment A for delays on

electrical testing and commissioning, and attachment B for delays on mechanical
testing and commissioning. We would like also like to highlight that the water supply
from KUCHING Water Board (KWB) is still pending and the contractor has taken
initiative to purchase a volume of water to supply to site for the mechanical testing
and commissioning to hand over the project without prolonging further.
