requirements, we propose the following solution:

 Content Management System Installation and Configuration:
We will install the latest version of WordPress and configure it
according to your specifications.

Pricing: The total cost for the proposed web design and
development services including hosting is Eight Hundred and
Thirty-six Dollar Ninety-two Cents ($836.92). This includes all
aspects of the project as outlined above, as well as hosting services
for one year. Payment terms will be as follows:

 60% upfront upon acceptance of the proposal.

 30% upon completion of the design and development phase.
 10% upon final delivery and training.

Terms and Conditions:

 All content and media provided by the client must be free from
copyright infringement.
 Any additional features or changes requested beyond the
scope of this proposal will be subject to additional charges.
 Domain, Hosting and security services will be provided for one
year, after which renewal will be required.

  Our team will provide post-launch support and maintenance
services at an additional cost, if requested.
