STUDENT’S GUIDELINES FOR UNDERGRADDUATE FINAL PROJECT WRITING


(2023/2024):
(Applicable to the Faculty of Information & Communication Technology - ICT)

1. The fonts for the Final Project are as follows:


a. Times New Roman
b. Size 12 Fonts
c. 1.5 Spacing
d. Alignment: Fully Justified
e. Page size = A4
2. The page margins should be as follows:
a. Top – 1"
b. Bottom- 1"
c. Left- 1.5"
d. Right- 1"
3. The page numbers should be on the bottom margin right aligned
4. The Final Project should contain Preliminary Pages, Five (5) Chapters, References and
Appendices
5. Citations and References should be written in APA Format
6. The candidates should submit Two (2) copies of the project report to the Vetting Committee
7. The deadline for submitting the Final Project is August, 2024
8. The cover page shall be as provided below:
