Procedure for Clearance for BBA (Hons), IBMAS

Step 0: Generate a Clearance Form from your MYIUB portal. (It will be generated in 48
Hours)
Step 1: The student should fill and sign the form and then submit the clearance form at the
IBMAS Help Desk within the dates mentioned in the message above. He should get a receipt
from the clerk at the help desk.
Step 2: The student should pick up his Clearance Form from the Help Desk in IBMAS within
the dates mentioned in the message above.
Step 3: The student should visit the Main Library for library clearance. They will sign the
form on the same day.
Step 4: The student should get signatures from the Security Branch at Baghdad Campus's
main gate.
Step 5: The student should get Registration for Alumni and signature from Syed Tabish
Alwari Building
Step 6: The student should visit the Fees and Dues branch for final Clearance at Abbasia
Campus Accounts Department.
Step 7: The student should bring the clearance form (with all the above signatures and
stamps) to the Admin office in IBMAS and submit it to Mr. Bilal for final clearance. (Note:
please photocopy the completed clearance form before submitting it to Mr. Bilal and keep it
with you for your record)

‫مرحلہ ‪ :5‬طالب علم کو سید ٹانش الواری ٹلڈٹگ سے سایق طلیاء کے لنے رجسئرنشن اور دستخط‬
‫حاصل کرٹا حا ہنے۔‬

‫مرحلہ ‪ :6‬طالب علم عیاسی کیمپس اکاؤنپس ڈٹارٹمنٹ میں حیمی کلیئرنس کے لنے فپس اور‬
‫واحیات کی پرانچ کا دورہ کرے۔‬

‫مرحلہ ‪ :7‬طالب علم کلیئرنس فارم (میدرجہ ٹاال ٹمام دستخطوں اور ڈاک ٹک ٹوں کے ساپھ) آئی ئی‬
‫ایم اے انس میں اٹڈمن آفس میں الئے اور حیمی کلیئرنس کے لنے ‪Mr. Bilal‬کو جمع کروائے۔‬
