In recent years, many citizen assume that big change only can be implemented by

Government. Moreover, they are main actor who can make huge impact for developing country. It
seems to me that government has capability to do action plan properly. Regulator has several goals
for reaching their plans, especially to enhance human resources in Indonesia. In addition, they have
to consider about avaliability in public facility sector.

Based on my point of view, public policy in Indonesia must give to support in growth education
because this is very essential things to compete with another country. Therefore, some ideas to make
significant modification in civil society very relate to be applied in here. Many ways to encourage the
change such as, providing schools and university which are able to access easily for all citizen without
differentiate the price so that people in all level can make their dreams come true. In addition,
supplying of good internet connection in many region especially underdevelop region like Papua,
Merauke, and several remote area. Create quality graduates to teach in all corners of the country are
most interest things that should be realised.

In another opinion, the authority can boost their pupose by send awardee scholarship to go
to school in abroad so that they are able to produce their knowledge and adapt the advance
invention to build public facilty in here. The regulator have to engage their business with young
generations so that they can ratify of agreement. Due to the fact making agreements are supposed
to Involved of many elements in society it must be clear too.

In summary from all the ideas, existence of regulator most important for transformation
society in Indonesia become advance country.
