Dear Parents,

As we approach the much-anticipated summer break, I want to take a moment to thank you for your
continued support throughout the school year. Your partnership has been invaluable in fostering a
nurturing and productive learning environment for our students.
Summer vacation is a wonderful opportunity for children to relax, explore new interests, and create
lasting memories with family and friends. Here are some suggestions on how you and your children
can make the most of this break:
1. Quality Family Time: Use this time to strengthen family bonds. Plan activities that everyone
can enjoy, such as picnics, a family game night etc. These shared experiences create
cherished memories and reinforce family connections.
2. Encourage Reading: Cultivate a love for reading by setting aside time each day for your child
to read. Read together as a family. This not only improves literacy skills but also ignites
imagination and curiosity.
3. Healthy Lifestyle: Encourage your children to stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Outdoor activities like cycling, swimming, or playing sports are excellent ways to keep fit. Also,
consider involving them in meal planning and preparation to teach them about nutrition and
healthy eating habits.
4. Household Responsibilities: Summer is a great time to teach children about responsibility
and the value of contributing to household chores. Assign age-appropriate tasks, and turn
chores into a fun activity by doing them together. This helps children develop a sense of
accomplishment and teamwork.
5. Explore Hobbies and Interests: Summer break provides the perfect opportunity for children
to delve into new hobbies or pursue existing interests. Whether it's learning to play a musical
instrument, painting, gardening, or cooking, these activities can be both enjoyable and
educational.
6. Screen Time Management: While it's natural for children to want to relax with some screen
time, it's important to set limits and encourage a balance with other activities. Engage them in
more interactive and creative pastimes that do not involve screens.
We hope these suggestions will help you and your children have a fulfilling and enjoyable summer
break. Remember, the most important thing is to spend quality time together and create a nurturing
environment where your children can thrive and grow.
Thank you once again for your unwavering support. We look forward to welcoming our students
back after summer break.
Wishing you all a safe, happy, and memorable summer!
Warm regards,

Principal
