Job responsibilities include :

Handling Customer Queries, Issuing credit cards , Underwriting , Collections, Insurance, Financial Statements, Cod, Missing Payments, Cancels, Preparing invoice, Authorising Payments & Fraud Correspondence. Handling escalation mails & all type of queries and complaints from clients. Interacting with clients through Bi- weekly calls, which involve process discussion and issues.
