1. Presumption of Innocence : The meaning of presumption of innocence is that everyone
must be presumed innocent until a court decision is made
2. Justice Collaborator : An offender can be said as Justice Collaborator if it has a very
significant testimony and evidence to capture an offense of criminal act, not the main actor,
revealing the offenders who has a larger role and he / she os willing to return the asset from
the action.
3. Contempt of court : Contempt of court is an act of disrespect or disobedience toward a
court or interference with its orderly process
4. Legal Standing : Legal standing is a concept or condition in which a person has the right
to and fulfills the requirements to submit an application to the court
5. Shifting burden of proof : Shifting the burden of proof means to change the responsibility
of proving or disproving a point from one party to the other party
6. Comparative Seizure : A comparative study of seizure frequency and neuroimaging
changes in patients with neurocysticercosis with and without albendazole therapy.
7. Forfeiture : Forfeiture is the loss of any property without compensation as a result of
defaulting on contractual obligations, or as a penalty for illegal conduct.
8. Legal entity : A corporation is a legal entity that is distinct from its owners.
9. Minutes/Official record : Meeting minutes are an official record of a meeting for its
participants.
10. Pledge right. : Pledge Right means the priority right the Pledgee owns, with respect to the
proceedings arising from selling at a discount, auction of, or selling off the equity interests
pledged by the Pledgor to the Pledgee.
