Please ensure details updated in your appointment letter match with the Biometric letter issued by IRCC and
your valid passport.

Please note that accompanying persons will not be allowed inside building premises / Visa Application Centre
.

Due to increase in demand for biometrics appointments in Bangladesh, some clients may be given an
appointment that is beyond the 30-day validity of their Biometric Instruction Letter (BIL).As an interim
measure to ensure that clients can still provide their biometrics, please note that BIL’s that are older
than 30 days ( not more than 60 days) will still be accepted for biometric submission at the Visa
Application Centre. Clients with an expired BIL do not need to contact IRCC to request the issuance of a
new BIL if they have an appointment.
