Thank you for taking the time to meet with me yesterday to discuss your personal injury
claim. It was a pleasure meeting with you. After reviewing the information regarding the
car accident, our firm would be pleased to provide you with the legal representation you
need to move forward with your personal injury claim.

Please review the enclosed engagement letter as well as our fee agreement. If you would
like to move forward with our representation, please sign and return the agreement as

FEES AND BILLING

In consideration for the services to be performed by Attorney, the Client agrees to pay to
Attorney at the following rates:

$200.00 per hour for services rendered by partners of the Law Firm
$75.00 per hour for services rendered by paralegals of the Law Firm

I want to assure you that the cost will be no different than what was quoted in our
meeting. Should any investigator be hired to assist in your case, the fees will be shared as
a team.
