Mindful Eating Self-Assessment 3

For each week of the course, you will take a self-assessment of your developing Mindful Eating
practice. You do not need to worry about how to score the quiz; simply answer the questions.
At the end of the course, you will be surprised how much you have changed!

I try not to “pick” at food.

All of the time

I taste each bite before reaching for the next.

I don’t multitask while I eat. When I eat, I just eat.

All of the time

I don’t have to eat everything on my plate, I can leave what I don’t want.

I tend to eat slowly, chewing each bite.
