How are Undercover Omegans born here and What Are Their Operations?

How are undercover Omegans born here so they can carry out their operations?

The soul transfer machine is used by the Alliance (see brother Bob’s excellent TerraKor

from what I have personally seen I believe also the Omegans do as well.

The Soul Transfer Machine takes the soul of a person and transfers the soul into a new
body with their memory and personality intact.

In my view I believe the undercover Omegans are born through the use of the soul
transfer machine that transfers the soul at a certain stage of embryo development in the
womb of the mother then they are born here with their memory and personality intact in
order to carry out their missions. At time of death the soul transfer machine is used to
transport their soul into a new Omegan body so they can continue their overall
operations.

The Omegan program is parasitic and because they are parasites, their program requires
the control of the planetary populace so they can control them like a parasite controls its
host.

I personally believe their undercover operations are branched into two sections:

Branch One: Enforcers that use mostly the militaries they infiltrate to physically

Branch Two: Influencers that use the everyday jobs (and every day life) they
infiltrate in order to influence society psychologically and carry out their plans on
Earth. They also do gangstalking and directed energy weapons harassment

In my humble opinion, the Omegan operation on Earth requires both physical and
psychological control of the population, hence their 2 branched system of physical force
and psychological influence.
