Respected Sir,
This is to inform you that, we, the signatories herein
are the inhabitants of Coochbehar District (West Bengal) and we belong to
Rajbanshi Welfare Society of Coochbehar Vide Regn. No.
We beg to state following facts for you kind attention disposal.

That, the present government in West Bengal has launched a

massive outreach programme named "Duare Sarkar" (Government at your
doorstep) to make schemes of the state government to more accessible to
the public. But it is unfortunate to say some of the Gram panchayets within
the district of Coochbehar namely Sikarpur GP,Boiragirhat
GP ,_________,___________ are being deprived to get the benefits of one
of its Scheme. We, the people of this said area participated and anticipated
to "Duare Sarkar" till (date) but we are never given the opportunity to the
get the form filled of ‘Ghor paibar abedon potro”. In this mean time we
came to know the said form was duly served to the people of jamaldah GP.
We had a strong belief, the said facility or scheme will be given to us within
a period of time but in reality it was never served the people of this area till
date.

Therefore, We, earnestly request you to personally look into the matter with utmost urgency
and take it up with the concerned departments and the higher authorities for provision of
regular supply of water to the village. The residents of Marathmada, Maharashtra look
forward to an early action.
