Veron Iglesias Events will work with you to create a concept for your event that starts
from your invitations right through to your reception venue. We will locate all the special
services required for your consideration and take care of all booking requirements. Plus you have
the time saving benefit of only one person to contact for ALL aspects of your event!

- Scheduling of appointments for consultations required with suppliers
- Management of requirements, contracts and payments for all suppliers

- Development of a wedding day schedule

Agreement
DEPOSIT
- To hold your event date, the Engager shall settle an initial payment of Fifty percent
(50%) of the total contract amount. The remaining fifty percent (50%) should be
settled one (1) week prior the event date. The initial deposit is non- refundable and
will be applied to the total balance due.

PAYMENT POLICY
- Preferred payment is through cash basis. But Veron Iglesias Events Management
Services accepts payments via Bank transfer and through accredited remittances. Our
bank remittance details are:

CANCELLATION POLICY
If by any reason you wish to cancel our services, kindly notify us immediately and in
writing (email, letter format or through our social media page). But unfortunately, the deposit
charge will be retained by Veron Iglesias Events Management Services, cancellation made 1
week prior the event date, will still require a full balance payment.

REBOOKING POLICY (In the light of Pandemic Situation)

In case the Inter Agency Task Force (IATF) sets an ordinance or make some revision on
the guidelines and health protocols on social gatherings by the time of your event, we have to
follow and adhere the prescribed minimum health standard by rebooking your event on your
most convenient schedule without additional charges.
