Ingredients:

Ingredients:
1 liter milk
3 eggs
Pinch of Salt
5 ml vanilla
6 tablespoons cornstarch
120 ml sugar
1 tablespoon butter
Crust: 1 packet Marie biscuits

Instructions:

1. Arrange a layer of biscuits in your tart dish.


2. Beat the milk and eggs until fluffy.
3. Dissolve the cornstarch in a little bit of the milk and add to
the beaten eggs and sugar.
4. Boil the remaining milk on the stove.
5. Once the milk is boiling, reduce the heat to very low to
prevent burning.
6. Slowly add the cornstarch mixture while whisking
continuously.
7. Continue to whisk the mixture until it thickens.
8. Once thickened, stir in the butter and vanilla, then remove
from heat.
9. Pour the mixture over the biscuit layer and sprinkle with
cinnamon. Let it cool.
10. Leave over night in the fridge and enjoy!
