SCHEDULE OF PAY & BENEFITS (G33)

Corporate Bonus Scheme – Based on company


Bonus Scheme performance. The range for payment is from 12-24%
of annual gross salary subject to deduction of tax.

Transport Assistance – PKR 4,500/-


Hand Phone Allowance (2 Year Cycle) – PKR
20,000/-
Benefits and Entitlements Metro Allowance (Khi, Lhr, Isb/Rwp & Mul) PKR
3,000/-

Day Care Support (for female employee & male


single parent in line with childcare policy)
In case of Relocation:
Settling in Grant: Married: One month's gross salary

Single: One month’s basic salary

Note: All payments are subject to deduction of taxes

Single:10% of basic salary


Married:12% of basic salary
Medical Scheme
With Children:15% of basic salary

Hospitalization as per company policy


Covered with IGI Insurance Company – 48 basic
Life Insurance Policy
