THE SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED KINGDOM

Parliament Square, London,

SW1P 3BD, UK.

Before
Lord Stephens of Creevyloughare
&
Lady Simler In RE to:

Ms. Stella Lim Chen

195 Lanark Road
London W9 1NX, UK
01 July 2024

ORDER TO MAKE PROVISION FOR THE DEATH CERTIFICATE OF LATE MRS SOFEA TAN

Dear Stella,

Following the payment of the administrative fee required to finalize the transfer of ownership
of the late Mr. Lim Chen's estate to his sole surviving beneficiary, Ms. Stella Lim Chen:

It is crucial to inform you that the last will and testament of the late Mr. Lim Chen stipulate that
a portion of his estate is bequeathed to his late wife, Mrs. Sofea Tan, including 10% of the
estate's entirety, which encompasses bank funds.

Mr. Lim Chen and Mrs. Sofea Tan were legally married and also married under the Syariah law
of the Republic of Singapore. These circumstances prevent us from directly transferring the
portion of the assets willed to Mrs. Sofea Tan to her surviving daughter, Ms. Stella Lim Chen,
as Mrs. Sofea Tan passed away intestate (without a written will).

The court hereby orders Ms. Stella Lim Chen to provide the death certificate of the late Mrs.
Sofea Tan to facilitate the transfer of the assets willed to Mrs. Sofea Tan along with the assets of
the late Mr. Lim Chen.

We look forward to your prompt attention and resolution of this matter.

Laura Angus
