Identify all the key requirements and considerations to focus on while
preparing the implementation of new technology to replace the diesel mobile
equipment in surface mining.

Examine in detail the identified topics/requirements from the previous
breakout session. For each, identify and prioritize the specific needs,
opportunities, concerns, and the information needed to implement the new
solutions.

A simple apology can go a long way. It can often de-escalate a situation and
telling someone that you are sorry is an act of empathy that doesn’t automatically
imply an admission of guilt.
