Translate high-level goals into actionable specifications Collaborate with UX/UI designers and UX writers to create user journeys and designs that will deliver maximum impact on target outcomes Work closely with project executives, developers and QA to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products. Provide clear and concise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to plan and execute successful product launches. Monitor product performance and user feedback post-launch, and drive iterative improvements based on data- driven insights Support Senior Product Manager in conducting market research, user interviews, and competitor analysis to identify needs and opportunities. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems,
Computer Science, or a related field 5+ years of work experience in a product management role, business analysis role, or a similar position Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex product challenges Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner Team player, flexible, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
